I’m curious… 

Do thoughts of food consume most of your day, come to think of it, most of your life?  

Do you turn to food for comfort? Have you been known to binge eat, emotional eat, or restrict your food when life gets tough?

Have you ever been on a diet or meal plan and a few days later found yourself binging on the exact food you were restricting?

Do you label foods as good and bad? Do you declare yourself good or bad depending on what you’ve eaten? 

Do you believe that life will be better when you lose 15 pounds? That you will be worthy of that life partner, or ideal career, or beautiful dress?

Do you wonder what it would be like to eat without guilt or shame?  Are you ready to take your life back? Do you even thinks it’s possible? I am here to tell you it is! I wouldn't say it if it weren't true, that's just not my style.
